"Stay close, little ones," she told them.
"¾Æ°¡µé¾Æ, ¾ö¸¶ °¡±îÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸·Å"¶ó°í ¾ö¸¶¿À¸®°¡ ¸»Çß¾î¿ä.
But one little duckling didn't listen.
±×·¯³ª ÇѸ¶¸® ¾Æ±â¿À¸®°¡ ¸»À» µèÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´ë¿ä
"Follow me, my babies,"called Mother Duck as she swam away.¾Æ°¡¿À¸® ÇѸ¶¸®°¡ ¶³¾îÁ®¼ ¼ö¿µÀ» Çϰí ÀÖÀ»¶§, ¾ö¸¶¿À¸®°¡, " ¾Æ°¡µé¾Æ, ¾ö¸¶¸¦ µû·Á¿À·Å "ÇÏ°í ¸»Çß´ë¿ä.
But one little duckling didn't do as she was told.±×·¯³ª ¾Æ±â ¿À¸® ÇѸ¶¸®°¡ ¾ö¸¶ÀÇ ¸»À» µèÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´ë¿ä.
She didn't want to follow her mother across the water.¹°À» °Ç³Ê °¡°í ÀÖ´Â ¾ö¸¶µÚ¸¦ µû¶ó °¡Áö ¾Ê¾Ò´ë¿ä.
She wanted to dart after the dragonflies, .....watch the frogs hopping on the lily pads,
......and chase the glistening fish.¾Æ±â¿À¸®´Â ÀáÀÚ¸®µÚ¸¦ µû¶ó¼ ³¯°í, ¼ö·ÃÀÙÀ§¿¡¼ ¶Ù°í ÀÖ´Â °³±¸¸®¸¦ ÁöÄѺ¸°í, ¹Ý¦¹Ý¦ ºû³ª´Â ¹°°í±â¸¦ ÂѾư¬´ä´Ï´Ù.
So that's just what Little Duckling did.¾Æ±â¿À¸®°¡ ÇÑ ÀÏÀÌ ±×°Ô ´Ù Àϱî¿ä.
She splashed in the water and frightened the fish.She snapped her little beak at the dragonflies.±×³à´Â ¹°¼Ó¿¡¼ ÷º¡Ã·º¡Çؼ ¹°°í±âµéÀ» ³î¶ó°Ô Çϰí ÀáÀÚ¸®µéÀ» ºÎ¸®·Î ²Ò¹°¾ú´ë¿ä.
After while, Little Duckling was tired of playing.ÇÑÂüÈÄ¿¡, ÀÛÀº ¿À¸®´Â ³ë´Â°Í¿¡ ÁöÃÆ¹ö·È´ë¿ä.
She scrambled up onto the river band and fluffed out her feathers to dry.

Around her the wind whispered in the grass.The leaves rustled, and overhead the sky grew dark.

Little Duckling looked out across the pond.Mother Duck was nowhere to be seen. ¾Æ±â¿À¸®´Â ¿¬¸ø°Ç³ÊÆíÀ» º¸¾Ò¾î¿ä.¾ö¸¶¿À¸®´Â ¾îµð¿¡µµ º¸ÀÌÁö ¾Ê¾Ò¾î¿ä.
Suddenly, Little Duckling wanted to see her mother very much indeed.±×¶§ , ¾Æ±â¿À¸®´Â ¾ö¸¶°¡ ¹«Ã´ º¸°í ½Í¾ú¾î¿ä.
Just then, Hedgehog came shuffling through the leaves."Have you seen my mummy?"askid little Duckling. But Hedgehog just shook his head, and carried on hunting for juicy worms to eat.

±×·¯³ª, Hedgehog´Â ¸øº¸¾Ò´Ù°í °í°³¸¦ Àú¾ú¾î¿ä.±×¸®°í ¸ÔÀ» Áó¸¹Àº ¹ú·¹µéÀ» Àâ¾Æ¼, ¿î¹ÝÇß´ë¿ä.
So Little Duckling wakled a little further down the river band until she met Squirrel.´Ù¶÷Á㸦 ¸¸³¯¶§±îÁö °è¼ÓÇØ¼, °µÏ¹ØÀ¸·Î Á¶±Ý ¸Ö¸®±îÁö °É¾ú´Ù.
"Have you seen my mummy ?"she asked again.¿ì¸® ¾ö¸¶ ºÃ¾î¿ä?¶ó°í ¾Æ±â¿À¸®°¡ ¹°¾îº¸¾Ò¾î¿ä.
