[쑥쑥] Go Away Big Green Monster 활용

모임시작한지 3개월 가량 되었고, 이 책으로 처음 수업을 진행한 것이구요.

일단 재미있는 교재로 재미있게 수업을 진행하는 것이
아이들 흥미유발과 동기부여에 좋을 것 같아 선택한 교재에요.

이 책 활용은, 앞서 선배들의 노하우를 총 동원해 이 컨텐츠 공모전에 있는 모든 활용예를 뒤지며,
좋은 활용예를 참고로 하여 나름대로 계획하였습니다.

총 3주에 걸쳐 수업을 진행했고, 각 수업시간 30분가량입니다.

< 학습내용 >

1 주차 - 쉽게 따라부를 수 있는 재미있는 동요 부르기 " daddy finger"

- monster 노래, 율동(노부영율동) 배우기

- story telling

- 단어카드로 중요 단어 익히기

2주차 - 관련동요 부르기 "head and shoulder"

- monster 노래

- monster mask 만들기

3주차 - monster 노래

- 신체(전체몸)부위 익히기

- 과자 monster 만들기

Hello, children! I'm going to tell you an interesting story.
This story is about a monster.
Do you like monsters? I don't like monsters. I'm scared.

The title of today's story is "Go away, Big green monster"
(까만 부직포 바탕을 먼저 꺼내 들고)
A big green monster has two big yellow eyes.
Are you scared?
What color is your eyes?

And the monster has a big red mouth with sharp white teeth.
What am I pointing to? The mouth. Point to your mouth.
Look at my mouth. "mouth"(th발음 한번 짚어주고)
: 위와 같은 방식으로 괴물의 얼굴을 완성합니다.

Wow! We made a big green monster!
What a scary monster!
(부직포 가면으로 얼굴에 가리고)
I'm a monster. I am very hungry now.
Oh, I smell children. Two boys and a girl. Umm. smells good.
I want to eat you up! Who is the first?
Where are you, children?
지훈's nose(먹는 흉내), 소영's ears, 규원's eyes... Um.. yummy!

Are you scared of the monster?
If you shout " go away", then the monster may disappear.
Let's shout loudly " go away!"
Say one by one. Let's shout!

"Go away, scraggly purple hair"
Oh, no! My hair! Please don't do that!

"Go away, a long nose"
My nose! Where is my nose?

"Go away, two big yellow eyes"
My eyes are gone!
I can't see. Where are my eyes?

"Go away, big green monster"
Now, there is no monster.
You are very brave!
The monster will never come back!

아이들 앞에 각각 가면 만들 재료들을 하나하나 떼어놓은 상태로 나누어 준다.
지시하는 대로 찾아서 붙혀나간다.

Now, let's make Monster Mask.
Pick up the face and then put it on table.
Next, pick up the nose and paste it on the face.
차례대로 지시에 따라 다 붙힌다.

(완성된 후 아이들은 자동 가면놀이를 일순간 합니다.^^ 괴물소리를 내면서)

다음, 한명씩 차례로 "go away, scraggly purple hair"를 외치며 하나씩 떼어내기를 합니다.
(가면은 집에 선물이라고 주니 많이 좋아하더군요.사실 엄마들이 더 좋아했지만^^)

먼저, 각 단어위에 포스트 잍을 다 붙혀 가리고 시작합니다.

That's right. Do you like him?
I like him. He is very cute.

What's this?
- head ( hair, eye......etc. 하나씩 맞출때 마다 포스트 잍을 떼간다)

아이들 앞에 과자를 종류별로 약간씩 각각 그릇에 마련해준다.

Let's make Snack Monster!
Let's make the face, first.
Next, make the eyes.
(make the nose, ears, mouth,...etc.)
Wow, you made a wonderful monster.
Great job.
