사실 성실한 답글이 달리는 질문은 유형이 있거든여..
어려운 내용의 질문을 하시는데 아무리 바쁘지만
냉무로만 올려두는건 성의가 없어보여서 별로 답변하고
싶지가 않아지거든요.
진작 이렇게 질문을 하실 것이지..ㅎㅎㅎ
어쨌든 외국사이트에서 검색해보니 다음과 같은 글이 나오네요.

그런데 간단하게 설명드려서 우리가 자주 하는 원카드 놀이랑 똑같네요.
각각 규칙이 조금씩 다르긴 하지만
한 8장의 카드를 서로 나누고 나머지 카드는 다 엎어두래요.
한장만 뒤집어서 보이게 옆에 놔두구요.
그리고 그 카드와 관련된 카드를 하나씩 돌아가며 내야해요.
시계방향으로 돌아가면서요.
예를 들어 7의 하트면 하트의 어떤 수라도 상관없고
또는 7의 어떤무늬라도 상관없지요.
둘다 없으면 엎어진 카드중의 하나를 가져와야 해요.
그러다가 룰이 조금씩 달라지는데 J 일때는 다음 사람은 안하고
넘어가고,Q 일때는 방향이 바뀌고, A 일때는 A 만 내야 하고..
뭐.이건 외국사이트마다도 다 설명이 다르네여..
알아서 룰을 만드세여.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Deal out 8 cards to each player. Place the remaining cards face down in between you and the other players. Flip one card over and place it beside the pile. The person beside the dealer goes first.
A player may play a card of the same suit or number. You can play more than one card if they are all of the same number.
If player a plays a 2 then player b must pick up 2 cards, if player b plays another 2 then player c must pick up 4 cards and so on.
If player a playes the Queen of spades then player b must pick up 5 cards, if player b plays the 2 of spades then player c must pick up 7 cards, the Queen of spades is the only Queen that will make another player pick up another card.
If a player playes a 4 then they can go again.
If player a plays a Jack then player b misses their turn, but if player c plays a Jack then only player d misses their turn, not both d and e.
When a player has one card left then they must call "last card" if they do not call last card then another player may call last card on them. If that hapens then the player must pick up 5 cards.
Usually a game is over when a person gets rid of all their cards, but you can play a game called Crazy Eight countdown. When a player gets rid of all their cards from their 8 hand then they will pick up 7 cards, and when they get rid of thoes cards then they pick up 6 card and so on.
Crazy 8's is a game for two or more players. The object of the game is fairly simple, get rid of the cards in your hand by throwing them into a discard pile by matching the number of a suit of the cards previously discarded. There are variations on the game, and I will be posting a few of them, but the basic game is the best and I've had a great deal of fun playing it with friends and family. Basic Game
The basic game of Crazy Eights uses a standard 52 card pack, or two such packs shuffled together if there are a lot of players. The dealer deals (singly) five cards to each player (seven each if there are only two players). The undealt stock is placed face down on the table, and the top card of the stock is turned face up and placed beside the stock to start the discard pile.
Starting with the player to dealer's left, and continuing clockwise, each player in turn must either play a legal card face up on top of the discard pile, or draw a card from the undealt stock. The following plays are legal:
if the top card of the discard pile is not an eight, you may play any card which matches the rank or suit of the previous card (for example if the top card was the king of hearts you could play any king or any heart);
an eight may be played on any card, and the player of the eight must nominate a suit, which must be played next;
if an eight is on top of the pile, you may play any card of the suit nominated by the person who played the eight.
The first player who gets rid of all their cards wins, and the other players score penalty points according to the cards they have left in their hands - 50 for an eight, 10 for a picture, and spot cards at face value (one point for an ace, two for a two and so on).
