미국 사이트에서 소개된 내용을 그대로 올립니다.
제가 해석력이 떨어지는 관계로...^^;;

When Tickety loses her voice on the morning of the big musical, Blue chooses a new singing partner. She leaves Steve clues about her new partner, but viewers already know her identity: Sidetable Drawer has told us that she wants to sing, but can't find the nerve to tell Steve. While Sidetable Drawer struggles with her shyness, Steve and Periwinkle fight their own battles: Steve feels like a Blue's Clues failure, and Periwinkle can't get Steve's attention. Some performance mishaps present other obstacles for the group to overcome.

Putting on a musical involves intellectual as well as emotional challenges. Steve learns to keep a list of things to get done. Viewers help the cast sort props, tools, and costumes. And everyone learns to write a song for the show.

The video contains six songs, one sung by Ray Charles, along with the usual Blue's Clues ditties.
