(Sophie and webster and stink pretend to sit a bus....)
Stink : Hey guys. Did you know one human being person can smell about ten thousand smells? Also, smelling perppermint makes you smarter.
Webster : No way, no how.
Sopie : I love perppermint ice cream! So I guess that makes me smart.
Webster : How do you know so much about smelly stuff, anyway?
Sopie : His name is stink, isn't it?
Webster : No c'mon. For roal. Don't forget I read the whole entire encyclopedia. Books don't lie. Especially the encyclopedia.

Stink : I think there's giant nose here somewhere. I saw the picture in the paper.
Webster : Count me out. Where there's a giant nose. there could be....
Sophie and webster together : Giant Boogers!!!!!
Stink : Well, I'm going to check out the giant nose first.
Webster : Not me.
Sopie : Not me.
Stink " OK, smell. You around!
Teacher : Having fun?
Stink : Are you kidding? This is more fun than earwa!
And educational, too.
Teacher : Stink, you seem to be interested in sense of smell.
Maybe you'd like to try the "everybody stinks exhibit" Nobody goes near it.
Stink : How smelly can it be?
Stink reading a instructions! Match the body odor with the body parts they came from.
Webster : Hey, everybody Stinks going to smell Giant nose!
Everybody gather around.
Stink : OK, I'm going to smell it.
So he did.
Everybody except stink : EW!
Stink : Ha, Ha, Gotcha!
Sophie : What did it smelled lke?
Stink : Feet! It's not that bad. Just smells like dirty socks when your shoes off.
Webster : Sounds bad to me...
Stink : I'm going to try next one. Uck.
This smells like onion. Maybe garlic. Phew! Bad breath.
Stink : EW! This one smells like my soccer shirt!
Someone : It's Giant nose! He did it He smelled Giant nose!
Stink : I'm going to go to next station.
He smelled Rotten eggs! Dirt! Perfume! Moth balls! Shunk!
Rotten cabbage! Dog breath! Old fish! Dead broccoli?
Webster : How did you did that! You didn't miss one!
Stink : I just follow my nose.
Treacher : Time to line up!
Did you had fun?
Everyone : Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
이 글은 <Stink>와 <Judy Moody> 라는 책을 읽고서
저희 아이들이 시나리오로 각색한 글입니다.(저희 아이들은 쌍둥이입니다)
뭔가 하고싶은 의욕이 넘치고 넘쳐서.....
친구들과 연극을 하겠다고 시나리오를 만들었던 건데요.
저는 컴퓨터에 써 주고 복사를 하는 일을 했는데,
지금 생각해도 아이들 쓰기에 대한 고민이 들 때
그러니까....글쓰기의 초기 작업으로 괜찮겠다는 생각입니다.
일단, 영어책을 읽고 시나리오로 만들려면,
내용 파악이 되어야 하고,
인물에 대한 성격 구분이 되어야 하고,
문어체를 구어체로 만들어 내어야 하니까
이 과정에서 말하기와도 상관성이 있어 보입니다.
글쓰기에 대한 고민을 많이 하시고, 저 또한 그렇긴 한데,
글 쓰기는 말하기와 읽기 과정과 함께 가는 듯 해요.
그러니 특히 글쓰기가 잘 안된다는 생각이 들 때는
영어책을 읽히기도 해야겠고,
구어체로 전환하는 과정도 동시 진행해 보는게 필요해 보입니다.
그렇게 표현할 수 있는 것들이 채워지고 나면
글쓰기가 되는게 아닐까 싶어요.

어느 틈엔가 인식하지 못하는 사이에 , 아이를 붕어빵 틀에 딱 넣어놓고 찍어내려는 그런 엄마가 되어 있는듯...
어쩌겠습니까. 혼자 머리로는 한계가 있는데...ㅎㅎㅎ
