Jane: Mom, what should we buy today?
Mom: We should buy some fresh vegetables for dinner tonight.
Jane: What kind of vegetables do you need for dinner tonight?
Mom: I need some carrots, broccoli, onions, and potatoes because I am going to cook curry tonight.
Jane: My favorite food, curry! Mom, the vegetables here are very cheap.
Mom: Yeah. They are very cheap. Let me see.
Jane: Mom, are the vegetables fresh?
Mom: I think so.

Reading a Book

Emma: What are you reading?
David: I am reading a book about fashion history.
Emma: Are you interested in fashion?
David: Pretty much. I want to become a fashion designer when I grow up.
Emma: Wow. That is cool.
David: What kind of books do you like to read, Emma?
Emma: I like to read fictions. Have you read ¡®Babysitters¡¯ series? It is my favorite.
David: The series sounds a little girlish.
