And you've got me! 하는 부분에선 아이와 함께 팔을 한껏 벌리고 소리쳐 보세요. 정확한 뜻을 알고 모르고가 중요한 것이 아니라 바로 이 순간 아이가 느끼는 감정, 그 분위기의 흐름을 함께 나누는 것이 더 중요하거든요.

재윤이도 좋아하구요. 이 책에 나오는 상황이 실제 생활에서 일어나면 반드시 해보고야 말죠.
I'm as happy as a lark..... 좀더 많은 영어를 들려주고 싶은 욕심에 이것저것 만들어 봤어요.
노래와 모션을 같이 하면 아이가 더욱 재미있어 한답니다.

Wow, he is very fast. Can you run fast? Let's run from here to the living room. Ready, get set go! And let's run from here to your room, go! Good. We're as quick as a cricket.
I'm as slow as a snail. Let's do as he does.(두 손가락으로 천천히 걷는것처럼 흉내낸다)Slowly, slowly, very slowly. Quickly, quickly, very quickly. Good.
I'm as small as an ant.몸을 최대한 움추려 작게 한다. Wow, you are smaller than mommy.
I'm as large as a whale. 팔을 최대한 크게 펼친다. Look, this whale is larger than this ship.
I'm as sad as a basset. 우는척 한다. Why is he sad? (아이의 상상력을 키워주기 위해 이런 질문을 많이 하는것이 좋겠지요?) When are you sad, 재윤? Mommy is sad when you are sick.
I'm as happy as a lark. Why is he happy? When are you happy? Mommy is happy when I go on a picnic with you and daddy.
I'm as nice as a bunny. 재윤이한테 기대면서 부빈다. Wow, they have long ears. This bunny is munching clovers. I'm as mean as a shark. 할퀼것 같은 손을 하면서 무섭게 표정짓는다.
I'm as cold as a toad. 부들부들 떠는 소리를 내면서 몸을 움추린다. Are you cold? I'm so cold. Please go and get the blanket for me.
I'm as hot as a fox. 손으로 부채질을 하는 흉내를 내면서 더운 표정을 짓는다. Oh, I'm very hot. I need a fan.
I'm as weak as a kitten. Look, how many kittens are there? 1, 2, 3, 4. Yes, 4 kittens. They are weak because they are baby.
I'm as strong as an ox. Wow, they are pulling this heavy cart which many rocks are in. They are very strong. Are you strong? Can you lift up this chair? (앉아 있던 의자를 가르키며) Wow, you are as strong as an ox.
I'm as loud as a lion. (큰소리로 노래부르며) He is making a loud noise with a whistle and cymbals. Let's make a loud noise. I'll use this drum. You may shout loudly. Good.
I'm as quiet as a clam. Hush, This clam is sleeping now. We must be quiet, hush.
I'm as tough as a rhino. 두주먹을 불끈 쥐고는 강인한 표정을 짓는다.
I'm as gentle as a lamb. Oh, What is this lamb doing? It's licking this boy with tongue. Baaa.......
I'm as brave as a tiger. Where are they going at night? 재윤, are you afraid of the dark? No? Really? Wow, you are a brave boy.
I'm as shy as a shrimp. 얼굴을 두 손으로 가린다. They are hiding in the top shell. Don't be shy. Come out. We're your friends.
I'm as tame as a poodle. 두손을 무릎에 대면서 얌전한 표정을 짓는다. 재윤, be tame. Behave yourself.
I'm as wild as a chimp. 방안을 마구 정신없이 뛰어다닌다. They are leaping and clinging.
I'm as lazy as a lizard. 손을 입에 대고 하품을 하면서 졸린 표정을 짓는다. I'm very sleepy. I don't want to work.
I'm as busy as a bee. 바쁘게 청소하는 흉내를 낸다. What is this boy doing? He's raking the vegetable garden. What are bees doing? They are taking the honeys out of the flowers busily.
Put it all together. Which do you like best of all? I like bunny the best. Let's find a fox, let's find a shrimp......
And you've got me! Hurrah! The end.
