Listening to Beethoven
Tom: Emma. Hey. Emma. Emma. Emma!
Emma: Huh?
Tom: What are you doing? I called your name more than three times.
Emma: Oh, I am sorry. I was wearing a headset to listen to music.
Tom: What music are you listening to?
Emma: I am listening to Beethoven¡¯s piano sonata.
Tom: Beethoven? Do you like Beethoven?
Emma: He is my favorite composer.
Tom: Why do you like his pieces?
Emma: His pieces are magnificent. They are loud but very beautiful. You should listen to them.
Cleaning the House
Jeremy: Caroline, do you want to come over to my house and play computer games tomorrow?
Caroline: Hmm. I am not sure. My grandparents are visiting my family. So, I need to clean my house.
Jeremy: Oh, that¡¯s too bad. Do you need to clean your entire house?
Caroline: Hmm. No. I just have to clean the living room and the bathroom.
Jeremy: Do you need any help?
Caroline: No thanks. The living room is not so big. So it won¡¯t take that much time. Thanks anyway.
