그림만 있는 책을 읽어주기가 너무 힘이들어요.(영어 실력이 달리는 이유로) 그래서 쑥쑥을 뒤지기도 하고 여러 맘들에게 도움도 청하여 연습하던중 ENGLISH STORY(??)라는 사이트에 이책의 내용을 정리해 놓은게 있어 혹시 저 처럼 고생하시는 분들을 위해 올려 놓고 싶습니다.조금이라도 도움이 되었으면해요

본문으로 들어가서...
Early one morning,near the pond there were 8 ducklingsin their nest. It was a very fine morning.
Then a beautiful butterfly was flying over their heads.
Ducky(아무 이름으로 정하셔도 되요), the eighth duckling, began to follow the butterfly. He wanted to play with her.
At that time the mommy duck came home,and count the ducklings.
one, two...??
where is Ducky? she asked.
"Mommy, mommy, Ducky is missing.we told him not to go,but he followed after a butterfly."
"Did he? well, then let"s go to find him"
The Duck family set out to find the missing duckling.
They met a kingfisher.
Mommy duck asked kingfisher,"Have you seen my duckling?"
"No, I haven"t"
They met a turtle by the pond.
Mommy duck asked turtle,"Have you seen my duckling"
"No" said the turtle.
A beaver was carryinga tree trunk.
Mommy duck asked Beaver,"Have you seen my dickling?"
"No",said the Beaver.
"Oh, my goodness, what shall I do?"
A hutoo was comming along with their children.
Mommy duck asked Hutoo," Have you seen my duckling?"
"No, what on earth,How could you lose your own child?"
The mommy duck was angry and worried.
At that time, Ducky came with Turtle.
"Mom, I'm here,I'm sorry"said Ducky.
"O,K, Let's go home"
They were all very tired. It was time to go to bed.
The Duck family fell asleep.
"Good night,my ducklings"
