Fried potatoes with pine nuts
Ingredients
3 potatoes, 5C vegetable oil, ¨öC sugar, ¨öC water, 1Tbs pine nuts
To make
1. Peel the potatoes and wash. Cut them into half-moon shaped slices and soak in cold water.
2. Pat-dry the potatoes of ¨ç and transfer to a microwave-safe bowl cover with plastic wrap. Cook in a microwave.
3. Deep-fry the potatoes in 180¡ÆC oil until crisp.
4. In a pot, add sugar and water and boil, without stirring, until it becomes brown caramel sauce. Add the pine nuts.
5. Coat the fried potatoes of ¨é with caramel sauce of ¨ê.
