지난달, 저희 아들 유치원 영어 교재 주제가 " HOUSE"라서 만들어 이후 전치사, 진행형등 활용도가 높은것 같아 큰맘먹고 각 방을 조금 세심히(나름대로는^^)만들었습니다. 그동안 이때를 생각하고 모아뒀던 잡지나 학습지 등에서 가구는 오렸고 배경은 제가 그렸습니다.
어젯밤 갑자기 All aboard reading의 "where is my broom?"을 읽고 다시한번 확인하고 싶더군요. BATHROOM. ,closet등등 몇개 헷갈려하는게 있었거든요. 그래서 오늘 아침 유치원 가기전에 맘먹고 다시 한번 꺼내 놀아 봤습니다. 조금 귀찮은듯 처음엔 잘 하더니 나중엔 대충 대답하더군요. 속터져^^ 덕분에 지각했습니다.^^
처음에 방부터 확인하고 조금 길은 문장으로 단계별로 이끌었습니다.
1.방(house), 방의 사물(furniture) 명칭 확인하기
먼저 각방의 명칭을 확인한후, 방마다 몇개의 사물(헷갈리거나 다시 확인해 주고 싶은것)을 떼어 미리 붙여 놓은 사물을 돌리판을 돌리며 제자리를 찾게 합니다.
Here is a house. can you guess whose house it is?-it's my house.
Right. there are five rooms here. can you name each one?
-bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room
Good! but look! Each room has something missing. can you put put it in the right place?-yes!!
ok, first you spin the arrow. what is it called?-it's a toilet.
where does it go?-it goes to the bathroom.
2.Hide-and-seek(가족구성원, 전치사 확인)
가족 구성원들(daddy, mommy, grandma, uncle, cousin, aunt, etc.)으 확인후 그림판에서 숨기고 찾기 놀이 했습니다. 역시 아이들은 술래잡기를 좋아하네요.^^
let's play hide-and-seek. i'll hide someone first and you seek it. 눈을 감게하고 숨김니다.
where can daddy be? you find him. is he behind sofa?/ is he under the bed?등등
그리고 나서 이전에 불러본 전치사 노래를 손유희와 함께 다시 불러 봤습니다. 손유희가 있어서인지 쉽게 외우더군요. 음성은 어떻게 올리는지 몰라서 가사만 올립니다.
음은 동요중 "누가 누가 놓았나, 조그만 돌다리, 바둑이도 건너는 징검다리"라는 가사 노래있죠?(가사 맞나요?^^) 거기에 붙이시면 됩니다.
가사:on and under/ in and next to/ in and next to/ in and next to/
on and under/ in and next to/in front of /behind.
손유희는 -한손은 주먹 쥐고 한손은 펴고 가사에 맞쳐 올렸다 내렸다--이해가 되실지. 죄송해요. 어째든 빠르게 느리게 조절하면서 부르면 재미있어 하더군요.
3.동작동사 진행형으로 말해 보기
가족 구성원들을 각 방의 가구위에 놓고 "어디서 무엇을 "하고 있는지 말하도록 했습니다.
*Bathroom
where is your grandma?-(she is자꾸 빼 먹네요.) in the bathroom.
what is she doing in the bathroom?- she is taking a shower in the bathroom.
*Bedroom
where is Thomas? -i'm in the bedroom.
what are you doing?-I'm sleeping on the bed.
*Living room
where is your aunt?-in the living room.
what is she doing?-she is reading books in(on이라고 해야함)on the sofa. 다시한번 노래로 on/in집어 보았습니다.
**Kitchen/dining room
what is your grandpa doing ?- he ia eating fruit in the dining room.
이런 식으로 짚어 보았구요. 마지막으로 사진 한장 --
그리고 지난번에 쑥쑥에서 받은 English Journal중 my house 부분과 첫발견 house로 마무리 -
