During the summer many children in the United States go to a camp.
At camp children swim, hike, row boats,play games, and sleep overnight in cabins.
This book is about Danny and the dinosaurgoing to camp.
Look for these words in the story.
play - played
row - rowed
shout - shouted
In English, “-ed” is added to many verbs tosay it happened in the past.
But some words change a letter or lettersto say it happened in the past.
run - ran
is - was
go - went
I think the dinosaur has fun with thechildren at camp.
