How is everybody doing? Enjoying summer vacation? Well, have fun when you can! School is already right around the corner. While enjoying your last days of life out of school, don't forget to prepare for the new semester. There will be a lot of new things that you will have to get used to when the fall semester begins and it's never a bad idea to plan ahead. Always be prepared for what's coming and never wait until the last moment.
Now, before we get into our session, I'd like to apologize for the delay. Originally, a different member of our group was supposed to prepare for this week's session, but he has been in the States for the last month attending a very competitive and exhausting International Camp and so he is tired and is experiencing a lot of jet lag. So, I will be my friend's substitute, but due to some misunderstanding, there has been a one day delay. We are sorry that this happened and would be very thankful if you understood.
Anyhow, let's begin! I'm rather thrilled to be meeting you all much earlier this month. As always, this week's homework has three parts
1. First, read aloud pages 512~531 and read them again silently. Then, read silently pages 532~535.
2. Complete the worksheet!
3. Take a picture of your work and upload it.
This week's crossword puzzle is not very difficult. It does have a few words that you may not know, so don't be afraid to ask for help from your parents or from the Internet. We're all learning everyday in our lives and it's not a shame not to know something. Also, you'll have to think a lot for the questions asking for your thoughts, but don't be too pressured and just write whatever you think. As always, the most important things is that you enjoy while learning from these exercises, so have fun!
