Belgian sisters Gabrielle Vaudremer and Marie Hendrix were 100 years old on October 2. They enjoyed with champagne, cake and a song from their family for being the world¡¯s oldest twins.

They received flowers from the neighbors. They marked their birthday with around 200 people, including 28 relatives.

The family made a speech recalling their lives. Gabrielle Vaudremer was a hat seller. Marie Hendrix was a good teacher.

¡±It¡¯s still hard to believe that we have lived this long. We are happy to enjoy this day with our family and friends,¡± they said.

However, the Guinness World Records lists 98-year-old French sisters as the oldest twins in the world.
