We need flour, baking soda, baking powder, unsalted butter( room temperature),
밀가루, 베이킹 소다, 베이킹 파우더,실온의 무가염 버터
brown sugar, ground ginger, salt, 2eggs
흑설탕, 생강가루, 소금, 달걀.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
큰 보울에 밀가루, 베이킹 소다, 베이킹 파우더를 넣고 체에 내린다
butter and sugar mix
버터와 설탕을 섞는다.
Add salt, eggs, flour mix.
소금, 달걀, 밀가루를 섞는다.
We get a dough now.
자 반죽이 되었다.
Use gingerbread cookie shape cutter on your dough.
쿠키틀로 쿠키를 만들어보자.
Do not forget to make a small hole with a toothpick at the top of each cookie.
잊지말아야돼. 쿠키 윗 부분에 이쑤시개로 작은 구멍을 내어주어야 한다.
Put it into the oven and bake 20 minutes.
오븐에 넣고 20분간 굽자.
To make white icing on cookie.
쿠키 위에 아이싱을 해주자.
