Exercising With a Friend
Peter: What are you going to do tomorrow morning? Tomorrow is Saturday.
Wendy: I am not sure. Actually, since I did not have enough sleep this week, I think I am going to get some sleep.
Peter: You did not sleep well this week. Why?
Wendy: I had a lot of homework to do.
Peter: By the way, I think you should care more about your health. Health is also important when you study. If you feel sick, you won? be able to study hard.
Wendy: I agree with you.
Peter: Exercise makes you healthy. Do you want to jog tomorrow afternoon?
Wendy: That will be great.
Making a Plan
Emma: I have hard time managing time. I have a lot of things to do everyday. But I never get them done on time.
Kevin: Oh. Why don¡¯t you write down a list of what you need to do everyday?
Emma: I do. But I just don¡¯t know what to do first.
Kevin: Hmm. First, write down your daily tasks. Then figure out which of them is more important to do. And make a plan when you are going to finish them.
Emma: You mean I should set a deadline for each task?
Kevin: Yes.
Emma: Okay. I will try. Thank you for your advice.
