일년에 마지막을 장식하는 2004년의 마지막날 아이들과 함께 쿠키만들기와 컵케익만들기로 장식을 했습니다. 쿠키를 만든다고 밀대로 밀어대고 찍어대고 자기들이 만든 작품을 계속 몰래 먹어대면서 하다보니 진작 사진을 찍을때는 몇개되지 않더군요. 그래도 채연채리는 아주 흐뭇해하면서 Mommy, Good job!!을 연신 외쳐됩니다. 엄마는 뭐든지 잘하네 하는 채연채리의 환상이 오랫동안 깨질 않길 바라면서...
슈가쿠키만들기
Sugar cookies receipts:
Cream together: 1 cup butter, softened, 2/3 cup sugar
Beat in: 1 egg
Combine and add: 1tsp vanilla, 1/2tsp salt, 21/2c sifted flour
Mix until ingredients are well blended. Chill dough 3-4 hours before rolling.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out and cut, Bake about 8-10 minutes or until barely colored.
Cookies can be frosted and decorated or eaten just plan.
