자전거를 타러 가기로 한 날부터 비가 오더니, 오늘까지..자랑이는 나가서 신나게 뛰어 놀고 운동을 할 기회를 얻지 못하고 집에서 뒹굴뒹굴 합니다. 오늘은 아침을 일찍 먹어서인지 12시도 안 되어서 배가 고프다고 하기에 이 노구를 이끌고 아이와 한바탕 실내체조를 했습니다. 아이들은 몸을 움직이며 노는 것을 참 좋아합니다. 체조를 하는 동안 배고프다는 소리는 쏙 들어갔습니다.
오늘처럼 사납게 비가 오는 날은 아이들이 별로 할 일이 없습니다. 고작해야 비디오 게임이나, 만화책을 들여다 보고, 피아노 연습을 약간 하는 것 외에는..
어제 자랑이가 오랜만에 일기를 써서 올립니다. 오늘은 두 아이들에게 '비디오게임 놀기'의 주제를 가지고 작문을 해 보라고 숙제를 내 주었습니다. 제목만 봐도 신이나는듯..저는 아이들의 얼굴만 봐도 어떤 글이 나올지 궁금해집니다.
August 23, 2004 Today, my sister and I played Game Cube in the morning. We played Zelda and Poke’mon. After me played, my friend, Hyoung-Min came over to my house for tutoring. Then when he went home, his mom didn’t know that he went, so she came to our house to pick-up Min. But since he went home and she came all the way wasting gas, (hee hee) my mom invited her to have some coffee. When she came, I went outside with my rain gear on because it was raining and I splashed in some puddles. Then I went home ‘cause I was bored.
Then I asked my mom if Danny, Sammy, and Joyce could come over to my house to play. She said yes, and I phoned them and they were allowed to come. We went upstairs with Danny and Sammy.(Joyce could’nt come because she was busy). We got bored so Danny brought his Uno, a card game. Danny won twice and we were in shame. Then we went to fetch Joyce over.
Then we played soldier camp and I said another country is going to attack us. So all the soldiers trained a lot. Then we pretended to attack Germany. Then we had victory because we dug a hole under the German base and put bombs there. “Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock…BOOM!!!!!! We blew it up! Then Joy came in to tell us that Danny, Sammy, and Joyce had to go. After they went, we ate Lunch. Right now, I have this powerful urge to play video games which my mom won’t let me… ARGHH!!
