Evolution means the way living things change and develop over millions of years. If we say evolution, most people think about Charles Darwin, but actually, Darwin isn't the first man to discover the ideas of Evolution. The first man who developed the ideas about evolution is Patrick Matthew, a horticulturalist. He developed the ideas 27 years before Darwin did. But, he is not well-known to people now than Darwin. That's because Darwin had a lot of allies, who support his idea and help him. And his allies where also famous, prominent and eminent scientists. Also, Patrick Matthew was a horticulturalist, so his idea of evolution was at his appendix, which is a section giving extra information at a book.
