Nowadays, a lot of people use a lot of time tapping at their mobile phones. But, if we use our mobile phones for a long time, we can be exposed to a lot of diseases.
First, we can get dry eye syndrome. It makes our eye red, and make us feel like we have foreign substances at our eye. The second disease is forward head posture. It provokes headache, and myalgia to our neck, shoulder and even the upper part of our back. Too much use of smart phones can also cause arthritis to the finger. It gives pain to the finger joint, and makes it harder to move. The last disease is the most painful. It is called carpal tunel syndrome. It makes the fingers and hand numb.
As you see, too much use of smart phones can provoke a lot of diseases. Instead of using smart phones, start talking with your family or friends.
