1. In book five, Lise chattered about a different matter because she was embarrased about something. How does talking ease the embarrasment?
2. Do you think it's okay to lie? Why does it matter?
Answer the questions before 7/21. You need to read 'Book five' to answer them.
1. People are embarrased because they know other people know their wrong doings. Whether the wrong doings were noticed or not, they want to distract the people from their wrong doings. Chatting about a different subject maked them relaxed by thinking they are distrated from their wrong doings.
2. I don't think it's okay to lie. People say that there are good lies and there are bad lies, but both of them means hiding the truth. And it matters because people deserve the truth, at least.
