-아빠를 위한 고추장 떡볶이-
신랑이 고추장 떡볶이를 먹고싶다고 하더군요.
다은이와 함께 직접 만들기 시작!!!^^
과연 다은이는 잘 먹을 수 있을까요??~~~ㅎㅎㅎ
1. We need these ingredients to make 고추장 떡볶기 for Daddy.
Mom soaked the rice cakes in water already to get soft the ricd-cakes.
아빠를 위한 고추장 떡볶이를 만들려면 이 재료들이 필요해.
엄마가 떡볶이를 부드럽게 하려고 미리 물에 담궈뒀지.
2. Cut two sheets of fish pastes into rectangular p***es.
Slice the carrot thinly to cook well.
Cut the the onion into several p***es.
어묵 두 장을 직사걱형으로 자르자.
당근이 잘 익도록 얇게 자르고,
양파를 여러 조각으로 자르자.
3. Season with 고추장 and oligosaccharide.
고추장과 올리고당으로 간을 맞추자.
4. When it comes to a boil, throw the sliced carrots the first.
끓기 시작할 때, 먼저 당근을 넣어.
5. Boil some more and then add the rice cakes we soaked in water , fish pastes , onions.
좀 더 끓이고서 물에 담궈둔 떡과 어묵 양파를 넣어.
6. Boil it down until the mixture is almost absorbed stirring constantly.
혼합물(고추장 물)이 거의 없어질때까지 계속 저으면서 졸이자.
7. Remove for heat and place on a plate.
불을 끄고, 접시에 담어.
매운 것을 정말 먹지 못하는 다은이가 물을 나름 맛이 있는지 씻어가며 먹네요..^^
요리만 같이 하고서 처음부터 먹지 않을 것이라는 저의 예상을 깨고~~1개를 먹었다는 것..ㅋㅋㅋ
엄마와의 요리 중 어묵을 직접 썰다가 손가락을 저렇게...T,T
요리하다 멈추고..다은이 손가락에 칭칭~~밴드를 감아줬다는..ㅋㅋㅋ
