요리로 배우는 영어 2탄 !!
오늘은 핫케잌의 업그레이드 버젼 사과초코핫케잌을 만들었어요.
이 요리의 큰 장점은 모든 과정을 아이 혼자서도 할 수 있는 간단하면서도 스피드한 점이지요.
그럼 이제부터 시작합니다..
★재료★
핫케잌 가루, 계란 2개, 우유 280ml, 사과, 초코렛, 딸기잼
★만드는 방법★
1. 계란을 풉니다. 거품기로 거품을 내주세요.
Are you ready? Ok, let's start!!
Crack two eggs into the bowl and throw the shells into the garbage can.
Stir the egg.
2. 우유 280ml를 넣고 골고루 저어주세요.
Pour some milk into the bowl and stir it, well.
3. 핫케잌 가루를 넣어주세요. 이때 잘 섞어야 됩니다.
Pour the powder into the bowl and stir it well, too.
4. 후라이펜을 약하게 달군 후 적당량의 반죽을 부어 핫케잌을 여러 장 만듭니다.
주걱으로 한 번씩 뒤집어 줍니다.
Bake the hotcake in the pan. Flip it over once with the spatula.
5. 핫케잌 한 장마다 딸기잼을 바르고 먼저 사과를 올려 놓습니다.
Spread some strawberry jam and put the sliced apples on the cake.
6. 그 위에 다른 핫케잌을 올리고 또 딸기잼을 펴 바른 후 초코렛을 뿌립니다.
Put another cake on it and spread the strawberry jam.
Sprinkle some chocolates on the top.
7. 또 다시 핫케잌을 한 장 덮고 먹기 좋은 사이즈로 자른 후 드시면 되지요
Put another hotcake on the top and cut it in small sizes as you want.
초코렛이 살살 녹아 맛있는 아삭아삭 사과초코 핫케잌이 완성되었네요.
3단이라 먹고 나면 배가 든든하답니다. 맛있게 먹는 울 딸 모습이에요
