[쑥쑥] 런투리드 I can read 활용-꼬마책 만들기

책 표지의 귀여운 소년이 주인공으로 등장하는 칼라풀한 사진이 맘에 들어 집어들었는데,
내용은 간단하고 쉽네요.
문형도 I can~ 이 반복되구요.
그래서 제 아이와 함께 몇번 읽고, can 이라는 조동사의 의미를 알려준뒤,
"너도 주인공이 될 수 있어, 이 소년처럼..." 하며 꼬마책 만들기로 유도했죠.

먼저 런투리드 책의 본문 내용은 이래요.
I can read.
I can read the cereal box.
I can read the stop sign.
I can read the recipe.
I can read the letter.
I can read the newspaper.
I can read the sign.
I can read!

I can read~. 가 계속 반복되죠.
자, 우선, 아이가 읽을 수 있는 글자들을 한번 모아 보세요.
신문과 잡지, 과자봉지. 등.... 앞에 주욱 깔아 놓고
읽고 싶은 글자들을 골라 읽어보고 오려서 미리 만들어둔 worksheet에 붙이도록 합니다.
제 아이는 아직 영어를 잘 읽지 못하므로 한글읽기를 했습니다.

자, 이제 본격적인 꼬마책 만들기 시간 입니다.
미처 다 정리하지 못한 사진들 중(넘 게을러서 상자에 가득이네요, ㅋㅋ)
몇 장을 골라서 아이와 얘기를 나누며 사진을 설명하도록 합니다.
자신의 개인적인 사건들이어서 그런지 아주 구체적으로 정황 설명을 잘 하더군요.
그것만으로도 참 재미있는 시간을 가질 수 있어요.
여기에 덧붙여서 I Can ~ .문형을 연습해보는 겁니다.
