Àç·á: ¹Ú·Â120g,ÄÚÄÚ³Ó°¡·ç70g,¹öÅÍ75,¼³ÅÁ50,º£ÀÌÅ·ÆÄ¿ì´õ1/4ts,¼Ò±Ý¾à°£,°è¶õ1°³,¹Ù´Ò¶ó¿ÀÀÏ,½ºÇÁ¸µÅ¬

ÄíÅ°Ä¿ÅÍ,¹Ð´ë,³ª¹«²¿Ä¡,ÆøÀÌÁ¼Àº ¸®º»,¾à°£ ±½Àº »¡´ë1°³,º× (¿À´ÃÀº Àç·á°¡ Á» ±îÄ¥ÇϽñº¿ä..^^)

Ingredients : soft wheat flour 120g, coconut powder 70g, butter 75g, sugar 50g, baking powder 1/4t,

 some salt, 1 egg, vanilla oil, decorating sugar, cookie cutters,a rolling pin, skewers, ribbon,

a straw, a brush, a spatula

 

 

¹öÅÍ¿Í °è¶õÀº 3-4½Ã°£Á¤µµ ½Ç¿Â¿¡ µÎ¾î¾ß ÁÁ¾Æ¿ä. ±×¸®°í ´Þ°¿¿¡¼­ ÈòÀÚ¸¦ Á¶±Ý¸¸ ºÐ¸®Çصμ¼¿ä.

¹Ð°¡·çµµ 3¹øÁ¤µµ äÃÄÁÖ¼¼¿ä.

Butter and egg would be better to be softened at room temperature.

Separate the white of an egg a little bit for sticking. Strain the flour three times.

 

 

1. ¸»¶ûÇØÁø ¹öÅ͸¦ °ÅÇ°±â·Î Ç®¾îÁØµÚ ¼³ÅÁÀ» ³Ö¾î Å©¸²»öÀÌ µ¹Á¤µµ·Î ¼¯¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.

   Put the butter in a bowl and beat it. Add the sugar in it and beat again until blended.

2. ´Þ°¿À» ³Ö¾î ºÐ¸®µÇÁö ¾Êµµ·Ï ¿­½ÉÈ÷ µ¹·Á ÁֽʽÿÀ..^^;

   Add the egg and beat it hard not to be separated.

 

 

3. äÃĵР°¡·çÁ¾·ù¸¦ ³Ö°í ÁÖ°ÆÀ¸·Î ÀÚ¸£µí ¹ÝÁ×ÇØÁÖ¼¼¿ä..´ë°­

   Add the flour and mix it with a spatula.

 

4. ºÀÅõ¿¡ ³ÖÀº ´ÙÀ½ ¼ÕÀ¸·Î ÁÖ¹°·° µ¢¾î¸®¸¦ ¸¸µé¸é ½¬¿ö¿ä..

    It's easy to mix it after putting it in the plastic bag.

 

5. Àú´Â ¹Ð´ë·Î ¹Ì¸® ÂïÀ» µÎ²²·Î ¹ÝÁ×À» ¹Ð¾î ³ÃÀå°í¿¡ ÈÞÁö µé¾î°©´Ï´Ù. 30ºÐ~1½Ã°£ Á¤µµ°¡ Àû´çÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

   Roll the mixture with a rolling pin to flatten to about 5mm.

   Put the mixture in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.

 

 

ÀÌÁ¦ºÎÅÍ°¡ Áñ°Å¿î ½Ã°£ÀÔ´Ï´Ù..!!  It's getting more fun.

 

6.¿ÀºìÀ» ÄѼ¼¿ä..180µµ·Î ¿¹¿­ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. Preheat the oven to moderate 180¢ªC.

 

7.³ÃÀå°í¿¡¼­ ²¨³½ ¹ÝÁ×À» ÄíÅ°Ä¿ÅÍ·Î ÂïÀº ´ÙÀ½ Á¶±Ý ´ú¾îµÐ °è¶õ ÈòÀÚ ¾²À¹¾²À¹ ¹ß¶óÁÖ½Ã¸é µË´Ï´Ù.
  After taking the mixture out of the fridge, press the mixture with cookie cutters.

  Brush the tops with the egg white.

8.Âï¾îµÐ ¸ð¾ç¿¡ ÅäÇÎÀç·á¸¦ ¿Ã·ÁÁÖ¼¼¿ä. Sprinkle with decorating sugar.

 

9.²ÈÀ» ²¿Ä¡°¡ ÀÖ´Ù¸é ÄíÅ°¿¡ Âñ·¯ÁÖ½Ã°í °í¸®·Î ¾µ ±¸¸ÛÀº »¡´ë·Î ÄÛ ¶Õ¾î Æд×ÇØÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
  Stick the skewer to the shaped mixture if you have it.

  Press the mixture with a straw to put a ribbon into the hole.

 

 

10.¿¹¿­µÈ ¿Àºì¿¡ 15-25ºÐÂë »öÀ» º¸¾Æ°¡¸ç 170-190»çÀÌ¿¡¼­ ¿Âµµ¸¦ Á¶ÀýÇÏ½Ã¸é µÇ°Ú³×¿ä.
    Bake until the cookies are just golden around the edges, 15-25 minutes, 170-190¢ªC.
