재료: 박력120g,코코넛가루70g,버터75,설탕50,베이킹파우더1/4ts,소금약간,계란1개,바닐라오일,스프링클
쿠키커터,밀대,나무꼬치,폭이좁은 리본,약간 굵은 빨대1개,붓 (오늘은 재료가 좀 까칠하시군요..^^)
Ingredients : soft wheat flour 120g, coconut powder 70g, butter 75g, sugar 50g, baking powder 1/4t,
some salt, 1 egg, vanilla oil, decorating sugar, cookie cutters,a rolling pin, skewers, ribbon,
a straw, a brush, a spatula
버터와 계란은 3-4시간정도 실온에 두어야 좋아요. 그리고 달걀에서 흰자를 조금만 분리해두세요.
밀가루도 3번정도 채쳐주세요.
Butter and egg would be better to be softened at room temperature.
Separate the white of an egg a little bit for sticking. Strain the flour three times.
1. 말랑해진 버터를 거품기로 풀어준뒤 설탕을 넣어 크림색이 돌정도로 섞어주세요.
Put the butter in a bowl and beat it. Add the sugar in it and beat again until blended.
2. 달걀을 넣어 분리되지 않도록 열심히 돌려 주십시오..^^;
Add the egg and beat it hard not to be separated.
3. 채쳐둔 가루종류를 넣고 주걱으로 자르듯 반죽해주세요..대강
Add the flour and mix it with a spatula.
4. 봉투에 넣은 다음 손으로 주물럭 덩어리를 만들면 쉬워요..
It's easy to mix it after putting it in the plastic bag.
5. 저는 밀대로 미리 찍을 두께로 반죽을 밀어 냉장고에 휴지 들어갑니다. 30분~1시간 정도가 적당합니다.
Roll the mixture with a rolling pin to flatten to about 5mm.
Put the mixture in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
이제부터가 즐거운 시간입니다..!! It's getting more fun.
6.오븐을 켜세요..180도로 예열합니다. Preheat the oven to moderate 180˚C.
7.냉장고에서 꺼낸 반죽을 쿠키커터로 찍은 다음 조금 덜어둔 계란 흰자 쓰윽쓰윽 발라주시면 됩니다.
After taking the mixture out of the fridge, press the mixture with cookie cutters.
Brush the tops with the egg white.
8.찍어둔 모양에 토핑재료를 올려주세요. Sprinkle with decorating sugar.
9.꽂을 꼬치가 있다면 쿠키에 찔러주시고 고리로 쓸 구멍은 빨대로 콕 뚫어 패닝해주세요.
Stick the skewer to the shaped mixture if you have it.
Press the mixture with a straw to put a ribbon into the hole.
10.예열된 오븐에 15-25분쯤 색을 보아가며 170-190사이에서 온도를 조절하시면 되겠네요.
Bake until the cookies are just golden around the edges, 15-25 minutes, 170-190˚C.
