책을 읽어 준 후 풍선으로 아이들이 상상해 본 괴물을 그리며 놀아 보았네요.
또는 각 부분마다 3-4가지씩 다른 모양을 쪽지에 써 놓고 뽑기를 해서
나오는 모양대로 묘사해 보는 놀이도 재미있겠죠.

1. big red mouth with sharp whith teeth
2. big black mouth with long red tongue.
3. big red mouth with no teeth.
4. big yellow mouth with thick lips.

1. two little squiggly ears
2. two big squiggly ears
3. two big drooped ears (축 처진 귀)
4. two long ears

1. scraggly purple hair
2. no hair
3. bushy hair
4. long curly hair

완성된 후에는 바늘로 풍선을 "펑" 터트리며

참, 너무 어린 아이들은 무서워 하더군요.
