[영어요리] 가은이가 만들어요~ 고구마 주먹밥
점심메뉴로 고구마와 호박을 이용한 주먹밥을 만들어 봤어요~^^*
점심때마다 뭘해주나? 고민하게하는 .. 그리하여 가끔은 요런걸 만들어 주곤 하지요,,
가은이가 만들어요~ 고구마 주먹밥
재료> 단호박, 고구마, 구운김, 멸치조림, 밥
ingredient: sweet pumpkin(단호박), sweet potato(고구마), toasted laver(구운김),
hard-boiled anchovy in soy(멸치조림), boiled rice(밥)
만드는 방법 <How To Make >
. 단호박과 고구마는 미리 쪄서 준비해 둡니다.
Steam prepared sweet potato and sweet pumkin first.
. 삶은 고구마의 껍질을 벗깁니다.
Peel the boiled sweet potato off.
. 고구마와 호박을 그릇에 넣고 주걱으로 으깨어 줍니다.
Put the steamed sweet potato and the steamed sweet pumkin in a big bowl.
Smash them using a scoop.
.조린 멸치는 다져서 넣어줍니다..
Chop up hard-boiled anchovy in soy and put them in the bowl.
. 손으로 구운김을 잘게 부서뜨려 넣어줍니다.
smash some tosted laver and put them in the bowl, too.
밥도 조금 넣습니다.
. Add some boiled rice in it.
그리고 잘 섞어 줍니다.
and mix them well.
.비닐 주머니나 랩을 이용해서 주먹밥을 동그랗게 만듭니다.
.Remove some mixture to lap and decorate into roundness.
섞은것을 랩에 조금 덜어서 동그스름하게 만들어 줍니다.
마지막으로 케첩을 비닐 주머니에 넣고 끝을 오려 구멍을 낸다음 짜서 모양을 그려 줍니다.
자기가 직접 만든거라나 .. 손도 못대게 하더니만 하나만 엄마 입에 쏙 넣어줍니다.
모양은 없지만 단호박과 고구마 때문에 살짝 단맛도 있으면서
멸치향이 어우러져 나름 맛도 괜찮답니다.
울딸은 요런 주먹밥 해주믄 잘 먹어요^^*
