음...집에서 간단히 만들수 있는 쿠키를 만들어봤어요..
리치랑 아빠랑 엄마랑..리치는 어려서 그냥 꾸미기로 ㅎㅎ
We used to have Grandma's cookies when we were in the states but since we have got to korea
there is no chance to have home made cookies. but finaly my husband sugested us to make oatmeal cookies.미국에선 아이 할머니가 만들어주신 쿠키를 주로 먹었었는데..한국오니깐 집에서 만든
쿠키를 먹어볼 기회가 없었서요. 근데 어느날 아이아빠가 귀리?쿠키를 만들어보자구 제한했습니다.
What do you need..(필요한것들..)
one stick of butter, an egg, 1Tbs water, oat meal, flour, raisin,sinamon powder, brwon sugar,baking powder.
버터,달걀한개,물조금, 오트밀(귀리),밀가루,건포도,계피가루,갈색설탕,베이킹파우더가 필요합니다.
for decoration 꾸미기를 위해선
cookie icing, candy powder. 쿠키 크림과 사탕 가루..
1. Prepare the Heat on the oven 370F. 우선 오분을 약 187c로 맞춤니다.
2.Put the all the ingdien without flour in to the bowl and start to mix together.
밀가루만 뺀 모든 재료를 그릇에 넣고 석기 시작합니다.
3.Then start to put the flour little by litte untill it become ticker. 그다음 밀가루를 끈끈해질때까지 조금씩 넣습니다.
here is Cookie dough. 쿠기 반죽 완성.
Richie loves cookie dough 우리 리치는 쿠기도우 를 너무 좋아해요 그래서 저 몰래..먹기두 했답니다.
4. put the scoop of cookie dough on the cookie sheet. and then start to bake about 20mint.
쿠키반죽 한수쿱정도를 쿠키 시트에 넣고 한 20분 정도 구워줍니다.
5. pull them out of oven and let them cool. also you can ready for decorate the cookie.
오븐에서 쿠키를 꺼내서 식힙니다 그리고 또한 쿠키꾸미기를 준비해주세요.
6. now you can put some icing and start to decorate!
이제 쿠키 크림을 바르고 쿠키 꾸미기를 해보세요!
사탕가루 몰래 먹나 걸린 리치!!!.
리치는 아직 어려서..(27개월) 굽는걸 하지 못했지만 꾸미기는 그래두 열심히 했답니다.
Richie you did really really good job 리치야 너 정말정말 잘했어요~라구 응원두 해주고요..
마지막에 리치가 제일 좋았던건..쿠키위에 바른 아이싱과 캔디만 쏙 빼먹기 였답니다 ㅎㅎ
