단백질 듬뿍 '북어 찹쌀 수제비'^^*
고기보다 단백질이 월등히 많은 단백질의 최고 식품!! 이 바로 요 '북어'란 놈이랍니다.
언젠가 비타민 이란 TV 프로그램에서 '단백질' 편을 본후로 요 북어의 매력에
푸욱 빠져 종종 이용한답니다.
오늘은 단백질이 풍부한 북어를 이용해서 찹쌀수제비를 만들었어요^^
가은인 새일동동 찹쌀수제비를 엄청 좋아한답니다.
요즘 같이 쌀쌀한 날 끓여 먹으면 딱이죠~
이번 주부터 쌀쌀해 진다니 따끈하게 끊어주면 좋을것 같아요.
오늘도 한그릇 뚝딱!!
재료소개> 밀가루, 신김치, 반찬으로 만들어놓은 검은콩장, 새우, 오이, 당근, 치즈, 피망
ingredient: ball shapes made of sticky rice power (찹쌀 수제비), torn dried pollack (북어 찢은것), dried seeweed(마른 미역), sesame oil(참기름), soy sauce(간장)
찹쌀 수제비를 만듭니다.
make ball shapes out of the sticky rice power
북어찢은것을 씻고 작게 잘라줍니다.
wash some p***es of torn dried pollack and cut them into small p***es.
마른 미역을 그릇에 넣고 10분정도 불립니다.
Soak dried seaweed in a bowl. In about 10 minutes,
미역을 적당한 길이로 잘라줍니다.
take the seaweed, and cut into desired length.
냄비를 달구고
Heat the pot.
북어 찢은것 과 미역을 넣습니다.
put some p***es of torn dried pollack and seaweed in it.
참기름을 조금넣고 잠시동안만 저으면서 볶아줍니다.
add a little of sesame oil and fry by stirring for only a short time.
물을 넣고 끓여 줍니다.
put some water in it and boil.
그리고 간장으로 간을 합니다.
and season it with soy sauce.
만들어둔 새알심을 냄비에 넣고 물위로 떠오를때 까지 기다립니다.

and wait until come up to the surface of the water

만드는 법(How to make)
