오늘은 가은이네 품앗이 날입니다.
쑥쑥의 컨텐츠 주제에 맞게 '영어요리' 시간을 뒤에 넣었어요^^*
가은이와 예원이가 만든 달콤한 고구마 단감피자 입니다.
며칠전 비타민에서 동안의 비밀식품으로 나온 '단감'을 이용하기로 했어요.
만두피를 이용해 바삭바삭 고소하고,
식이섬유가 풍부한 고구마와 비타민C가 풍부한 단감이 만나 환상적인 달콤함을 연출했어요.
가은이와 예원이, 예진이까지 넘넘 맛나게 먹었답니다.
요것도 강추!!
재료소개>만두피, 고구마, 단감, 새우, 슈레드 치즈, 케첩
ingredient: dumpling skin(만두피), a sweet potato(고구마), a sweet persimmon(단감),
shrimp(새우), shredded cheese(슈레드 치즈), tomato ketchup(토마토 케첩)
만드는 방법
. 새우는 끓는 물에 데치고 고구마는 굽거나 삶어서 준비한다. (전 더 달콤하라고 군고구마를 준비했어요)
Prepare some boiled shrimps and some roasted sweet potatoes.
. They are the ingredients of a pizza. 피자를 만드는데 필요한 재료들이란다.
. First we have to mince a sweet persimmon and shrimps very fine.
먼저, 단감과 새우를 아주 잘게 다져야 한단다.
. Please, mince them on each other's chopping board.
각자의 도마위에서 그것들을 다져주세요.
. Be careful not to get hurt.
다치지 않도록 조심해
.Now, it's time to smash some roasted sweet potatoes using a blender.
이제 믹서로 군고구마를 으깰 차례야.
.please, peel them off.
껍질을 벗겨 주세요.
.put them into the blender and blend.
그것들을 믹서에 넣고 갈아.
.and put smashed sweet potato into the plastic bag.
그리고 으깨진 고구마를 비닐백에 넣어.
. cut the edge of the plastic bag with scissors.
가위로 비닐백 모서리를 잘라
now, we need some dumpling skins.
이제 만두피가 필요해
put one of them on a plate.
그중에 한장을 접시위에 놓아.
. spread ketchup over it and squeeze smashed sweet potato into a circle.
케첩을 위에 펴서 바르고 으깬 고구마를 동그랗게 만두피위에 짜.
put some minced ingredients on top of it.
다져놓은 재료들을 위에 올려 놓는거야.
.sprinkle some shredded cheese over it.
위로 치즈를 뿌려
.heat the pan and melt some butter.
팬을 달구고 버터를 녹여.
. put them in the pan and wait until the cheese melts.
그것을 팬에 넣고 치즈가 녹을때 까지 기다려야 해
