지난 주에 만들어 봤답니다.
반죽 만들기는 아이들이 다 좋아하는 거니까
미술 놀이겸 겸사 겸사 한시간 반 동안 재미나게 놀았던 거 같아요 ^^
수제비
1. We need Some flour, some spinaches and some carrats for dough
반죽 재료로 두가 야채를 준비했어요
2. We need a handful of dried shrimp, raw oesters and mushrooms for soup.
국물 재료는 마른 새우와 굴이랍니다.
2. Grinder each vegetables then you can make 3 colors of vegetable juice.
야채를 갈아서 3가지 야채 주스를 만들어요
Orange is for the carrat and green is for the spinach and yellow is for the both mixed.
당근은 주황, 시금치는 초록, 둘을 섞으면 황토색의 가까운 노란 색이 만들어져요.
3. Mix flour with each 3 of them.
밀가루와 섞어요
4. Make a dough with some salt into 3 colors.
3가지 색깔의 반죽을 만들어요
5. Make shapes using cookie cttuer.
쿠키 커터로 모양을 내요
(우리 아들은 모양을 어는 정도 만들고 나선 새 둥지 며 동물을 만드느라 여념이 없답니다)
7. Cook 수제비 in the soup boiled.
미리 준비한 국물에 수제비를 만들어요
오랬동안 노느라...만드느라 무척 배가 고팠기에 먹는 사진 찍지도 못하고 정신 없이 먹었네요 ^^;
recipe
1. Prepare flour, spinach, carrat for dough and dried shrimp, raw oesters and mushrooms for soup.
반죽 재료, 밀가루, 시금치, 당근을 준비하고 국물 재료, 말린 새우와 굴, 버섯을 준비합니다.
2. Grinder each vegetable and make 3 colors of juice (green, orange, yellow(mix the two)).
각각의 야채를 갈아 2 가지 색의 주스를 만들고 둘을 섞어 3개의 주스가 되도록 합니다.
3. Mix flour with each of them and make 3 colors of dough.
밀가루와 섞어 3가지 색의 반죽을 만듭니다.
4. Cook 수제비 in the soup made of shrim, oester and mushroom.
새우와 굴 버섯을 넣어 국물을 만들고 수제비를 넣습니다.
지워진줄 알고 가습 철렁 했는데 붙여 넣기로 가슴을 쓸어 내렸네요...-.-;;
