TUBU-EGG SOUP
다은이와 함께 단백질이 너무너무 풍부한 두부 계란국을 만들어 보았답니다...^^
(컨텐츠 덕분에 창작 음식 많이 요리하는 다은마미입니다~~
그 맛은 다은이의 먹는 사진을 보시면 아실것입니다..ㅎㅎㅎ)
영양가 좋은만큼 아이들과 한 번 해 보시면 어떨까요??*^^*
1. Here is a list of the Ingredents you will need to make tuby-egg soup.
두부 계란 국을 만들 재료들이야. (사진을 찍지 못하였네요..ㅋㅋㅋ)
2. Creak each egg into a mixing bowl.
Beat this egg with a whisk until the yolks and the whites
are completely blended together.
Put the beaten eggs to one side,
그릇에 달걀을 깨어.
노른자와 흰자가 완벽히 섞일때까지 거품기로 섞어.
섞은 노른자를 한 쪽에 놓아.
3. Smash the tubu with your gloves on.
장갑을 끼고 두부를 으깨자. (손가락 다쳤다고 으깨지 않는 다은이임돠..흐미~~)
4. Add the smashed tubu into the egg mixture and blend.
달걀 풀은 것에 으깬 두부를 넣고 섞어.
5. This time...
We need anchovy stock to season.
Boil water in a pot.
이번에는...
간을 맞추기 위해 마른 멸치가 필요해.
냄비에 물을 끓이자.
6. Bring dried, large anchovies to a boil.
큰 마른 멸치를 끓는 물에 넣어.
7. When the anchovy stock is boiling, pick these anchovies out.
국물이 끓을 때, 멸치를 꺼내.
8. Add the egg-tubu mixture , minced garlic, stirring it.
두부 계란 섞은 것과 저민 마늘을 넣어. 그리고 저어~
9. If this soup need a bit of salt, add salt , pepper and leek as needed.
국이 싱거우면, 소금과 후추 그리고 파를 필요한만큼 넣어.
맛이 괜찮은지....꽤나 잘 먹는 다은이랍니다~
밥을 국에 말아서 다 먹는 다은양..^^
