오늘이 추수감사절이네요. 전그냥 넘어갈려고 했는데 절대 안된다고 리치아빠가 우기는 바람에;;
하루종일 부엌에만 있었답니다 아침부터 ㅎㅎㅎ
추수감사절입니다 큰명절이예요. 가족끼리 같이 모이면 저희 가족은
햄,칠면조,로스트비프,글레즈 캐롯,셀러드,메쉬드 스윗포테이토,스터핑,크램베리소스
펌킨파이까지...그밖에 더 다른건 하도 많아서 생각이 안나네요. ㅎㅎ 그런데 한국와서
식구가 3명으로 줄었는데도 구지 하자고해서;; 간단하게 3가지만 해보았어요. 편하게 보시면 좋으실꺼 같네요.

You can buy whole turkey but we have 3 people in my family so I bought Turke whole breath.
it was still big for our family so I guess we gonna eat turkey for all this weekends.
칠면조는 정말 큽니다. 통째로도 있는데 저희는 가족이 3명인 관계로 그나마 작은 칠면조 가슴살을 샀어요. 그렇다구 해서 뼈가 없는건 아니구요 뼈있어요 ㅎㅎ. 그래도 많이 남아서 아마 이번주말 내내 먹어야할꺼 같네요.
What you need...
Turkey, Seasoning, Lemon, Orange,Butter, Poultry seasoning.
Slice on Lemon and Orange, put them on the rost pan.오렌지와 레몬을 잘라 로스트팬 바닥에 놓습니다.
and then mix butter and seasoning together, cover the turkey.
그뒤, 버터와 시즈닝을 석어 칠면조를 덥습니다.
pour litte bit water물을 조금 붙습니다.
it gonna keep moiture and breath down too.물을 넣으면 칠면조를 부드럽게 요리할수 있고요.
가슴살을 밑으로 놔두세요 그래야 촉촉해 집니다. 또 칠면조에 버터를 넣는 이유는
칠면조는 닭이나 다른 고기와 다르게 지방에 별로 없습니다. 그냥 아예 없다고 보시면되요.
고기가 푸석하면 맛이 없겠죠?
cook according to turkey instraction.칠면조 요리 지시에 따라 오븐에서 구워주세요~
*pour the turkey juice from pot every 1hour.한시간마다 꺼내서 팬 밑에 있는 주스를 칠면조게 뿌려주세요.

-Mashed Sweet Potato-
Sweet potato or yam, Butter, Sinamon powder,Heavycream.
1.Wash sweet potatos up.고구마를 씻어주세요
2. wrap them with Foil put them in the oven cook them all the way.
호일로 감싸주고 오븐에 넣어 완전히 익혀줍니다
3. when it is done, pill them and put in the bowl with butter,sinamon powder and little bit of heavy cream.
다 익으면 껍질을 벋기고 그릇에 버터와 개피가루,크림조금을 넣어석습니다.

-cracker sutffing-
스터핑이란 주로 사람들이 칠면조 고기 안쪽에 넣어요리를 합니다 이건 사이드 디쉬에요.
You need...
Salted Cracker, Celery, Chicken bullion, Butter, Onion, Water, Poultry seasoning.
1. Dice onion and celery then cook in melted butter and chicken bullion and pourltry seasoning.
2. smash crackers in cowl and sprinkle poultry seasoning on to crackers.
3. Then add butter mixture and add water as needed.
4. Heat oven 350F cook for 1-1 1/2 hour.
