양송이 양파 당근 브로콜리를 썰어요
냄비에 버터를 녹이다가 밀가루를 놓고 볶는다
물 넣고 밀가루가 풀어지면 우유를 부어 화이트 소스를 만든다
각종 야채를 넣고 끊이다가 소금, 후추로 간한다
