    Beat this egg with a whisk until the yolks and the whites

are completely blended together.

    Put the beaten eggs to one side,

3. Smash the tubu with your gloves on.

4. Add the smashed tubu into the egg mixture and blend.

    We need anchovy stock to season.

    Boil water in a pot.

6. Bring dried, large anchovies to a boil.

    Å« ¸¶¸¥ ¸êÄ¡¸¦ ²ú´Â ¹°¿¡ ³Ö¾î.

 

 

7. When the anchovy stock is boiling, pick these anchovies out.

    ±¹¹°ÀÌ ²úÀ» ¶§, ¸êÄ¡¸¦ ²¨³».

 

 

8. Add the egg-tubu mixture , minced garlic, stirring it.

9. If this soup need a bit of salt, add salt , pepper and leek as needed.
